I am a compassionate, person-centred counsellor who works from a blended and integrative approach, recognising that no two people are the same. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from a range of evidence-based theories and frameworks—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strengths-Based approaches—to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, goals, and presenting concerns.
My practice is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work at your pace, focusing not only on challenges but also on your existing strengths, values, and capacity for growth.
Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief and loss, stress, bullying, and more. This personal understanding deepens my compassion and informs my practice, allowing me to meet clients with genuine empathy and insight. I support individuals across a wide range of mental health needs, helping them build resilience, develop coping strategies, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
